Our staff are our asset. That’s why we encourage and challenge them in equal measure and offer them an interesting and pleasant working environment.

Griesser was founded in 1882 and now employs around 1155 members of staff.

We attach a great deal of importance to training at Griesser

Young people are our future. That’s why at Griesser we pass on all of our knowledge, know-how and experience to our trainees. In Switzerland alone, Griesser is currently training 43 young people.

Each year, Griesser trains young, motivated individuals in the following professions:
